1. Who we are
These terms apply to provablyhero.com and api.provablyhero.com ("ProvablyHero", "we", "us"). Contact: hey@provablyhero.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Information only - not a casino
ProvablyHero publishes information, calculations and tools about casino games. We don't operate games, accept bets or hold funds. The demo uses virtual credits with no cash value; they can't be bought, withdrawn or exchanged.
Nothing on the site is financial, legal or gambling advice, or a promise or prediction of any result. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and the captured game tables can have a negative expected return for the player.
3. Adults only and local law
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if higher, to use the parts of the site that link to gambling operators. Online gambling is illegal or restricted in many places. It's your responsibility to check and follow the law where you are. A link or a review on this site doesn't mean an operator is legal or licensed in your country.
4. Accuracy
We work hard to keep calculations correct and data current, and we explain our methods on the methodology page. But operators can change their games, tables, algorithms, limits and terms at any time, and we can make mistakes. Content is provided "as is". Check important details with the operator before you rely on them. Tell us about errors at hey@provablyhero.com.
Verification status describes what we checked, on the date shown. It is not a certification, license or guarantee of an operator's conduct, solvency or payouts.
5. Third-party sites and affiliate links
The site links to third-party websites, including casinos, some through affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, services, terms, payouts or privacy practices. Your relationship with any casino is between you and that casino.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- use the site, API or tools in a way that harms them or other users, including excessive automated requests;
- try to access admin areas, databases or systems you're not given access to;
- use the site's name or content to impersonate us or to mislead others (for example, claiming a "ProvablyHero certification");
- use the site in violation of any law.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
7. Content, code and data
- Site content (text, design, logo, brand) © 2026 ProvablyHero. You may quote short excerpts and individual numbers with a link back and the attribution "ProvablyHero (provablyhero.com)". Don't republish full pages.
- Engine: the public calculation engine is available under the MIT license in that repository. Operator datasets and site content have only the permissions explicitly stated in their own published notices.
- Operator names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including gambling losses, decisions you make based on our calculations, or the acts of third-party operators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove any part of the site, and update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Your local rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
