Affiliate disclosure

How the site is funded

Some operator links on ProvablyHero are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when a referred visitor registers, deposits or otherwise qualifies under the agreement. This does not add a separate charge from ProvablyHero.

How links are marked

Active Visit links use our /go/ route. Operator directories carry a shared Affiliate links notice; contextual tool buttons carry their own disclosure. An inactive Visit button is not an outbound link. We retain age information in the site interface and any higher applicable age requirement with the relevant action.

What commissions do not change

  • The mathematical formulas, captured payout tables and simulation results.
  • The evidence needed for an adapter’s Verified or Reference label.
  • The displayed order of operator comparisons. We do not publish an overall casino safety ranking.
  • The conclusions or corrections in published editorial work.

What partnerships can affect

Partnerships can affect which operators we prioritise for coverage. Inclusion is not a recommendation to gamble, a licensing review or a guarantee of withdrawals. Operator profiles describe the data we actually checked.

Types of payment

Affiliate agreements can use a one-time fee per qualifying customer, a revenue share or a combination. Revenue-share compensation can depend on operator revenue from referred players, including their losses. This creates a commercial interest that readers should understand.

Regional availability

Where an operator or affiliate programme is unavailable for a visitor’s region, the Visit button can remain visible but inactive with an explanation. If location or eligibility cannot be confirmed, the button is also inactive. We do not substitute another operator’s link for the one selected. The redirect service checks eligibility again before an active link leaves the site. Availability can change; check the operator’s terms and the rules where you live.
