How the board works
Every drop is a chain of left-or-right decisions, one per row. Each decision is a coin flip: 50% left, 50% right. Your slot is simply the number of times the ball went right. On a 16-row board that gives 17 possible slots, numbered 0 to 16.
Slots in the middle can be reached in thousands of different ways. The far edges can be reached in exactly one way each: all left, or all right. That’s why the ball lands near the center most of the time, and why the edges pay the most.
Rows: how wide the spread is
More rows mean more decisions, and a wider range of possible slots. On 8 rows a specific edge slot comes up once in 256 drops on average. On 12 rows it’s once in 4,096. On 16 rows it’s once in 65,536. Operators set the biggest multipliers on the boards where the edges are rarest.
Risk: how the payouts are spread
Risk doesn’t move the ball. The ball lands in exactly the same places on Low, Medium and High. What changes is the payout table:
- Low pays something close to your bet on most slots. Small wins and small losses, few surprises.
- Medium shrinks the middle payouts and raises the edges.
- High pays well below your bet in the middle and saves almost everything for the edges. Long losing stretches, rare big hits.
Risk names differ between operators, and RTP can differ between configurations. Compare the selected tables rather than assuming that every risk level has the same average return.
How to read “Your session vs theory”
Your RTP is everything the demo paid you divided by everything you bet in this session. Theoretical RTP is what the table pays on average over an infinite number of drops, calculated exactly from the multipliers and slot probabilities. Difference is the gap in percentage points.
A short session can finish far above or below theory, especially when rare payouts contribute a large part of the return. More drops tend to reduce relative sampling variation, but the gap need not shrink after each drop and there is no fixed point at which a session must match RTP.
Check any drop
Every drop in the history has its server seed hash, your client seed and a nonce. Rotate your seed to reveal the server seed, then press Verify next to any drop to replay it step by step. This demonstrates the seed-commitment process with our local generator; it does not reproduce a selected operator’s bet. Read how provably fair verification works.
This demo helps you understand the mechanics and the variance. It can’t teach you to win: no amount of practice changes the odds of a random drop.
